What makes Horaya Mart different from other grocery delivery services or frozen stores?
We specialise in sourcing only the highest quality, Halal frozen food and snacks to meet the growing demand of convenience food. We pride ourselves in ensuring that we specially-select food products from reputable food brands and we work directly with them to bring in the highest quality products that meet our expectations and our customers.
Are your products Halal-certified?
Please be assured that all our products are Halal-certified by Muis or are Muslim-owned. We aim to bring in quality Halal food products that you can enjoy at home.
Tell me more about your delivery.
Our deliveries take between 2 - 4 working days. A delivery text will be sent to you before delivery is made. Do note that a flat rate of $12 applies to all orders below $70. There is no minimum order, we’ll deliver your order whatever the amount is!

Where do you deliver?
We deliver islandwide in Singapore! Do note that there are extra charges for office deliveries and Sentosa.
What happens if I am not home to receive my order?
We’ll get in touch with you by SMS before delivery with your delivery details. Should there be no one at home, you may leave a cooler bag or styrofoam box for us to leave your frozen items in.
Can I do self-collection?
Unfortunately, we do not allow self-collection. If you need assistance with your deliveries, feel free to drop us an email. We will get in touch with you as soon as we can!
Can I get a refund/ replacement if I am unhappy with my purchase?
We're sad to hear this! At Horaya, your satisfaction means a lot to us. Unfortunately, we do not do refunds.
However, you may reach out to us at enquiry@horayamart.com within 5 days from the date of delivery along with your order number and reason for replacement*.
Replacement Policy:
1. Applicable to online orders made through our website only.
2. All sale and promotional-priced items arend non-exchangeable.
3. No order cancellation allowed once order has been placed and processed.
4. Only defected products are allowed for replacement.
5. If you're concerned about the quality of your purchase, please send us a picture of the manufacturing date and we will advise accordingly.
Do you ship worldwide?
We only ship within Singapore at the moment! Due to the frozen nature of most of our products, unfortunately, we are unable to ship worldwide. We are working on worldwide shipping for our non-frozen items so do keep a look out!
