Cooking Tip #1
For easier clean-up, lightly oil your utensils before squeezing the cooking paste. A thin layer of oil on your measuring spoons or white dishes will help prevent stains from pastes. Turmeric can be tricky to clean!
Cooking Tip #2
To savour the last droplet of cooking paste, add 10ml of water or coconut milk into the almost empty packet. We always don’t want to waste any delicious pastes!
Cooking Tip #3
Sometimes you need to use 1 ½ packets of Asyura paste, right?
What can you do with the remaining ½ ? Transfer any leftover paste into an ice cube tray. You can freeze the paste cubes for up to 1 month!
